Our First Open day at De Haven Oost 1 February 2014

We thank all our bridal couples who visited our open day it was a huge success.

 We welcome all our new bridal couples who booked their wedding dates with us we are so excited to be part their fairy tales.

Here is a few photos of what we did at the open day 

We decorated 8 Show tables of what we include in our packages 

Our first table was a french Vintage theme we had a french romance runner on an ivory taffeta table cloth with another ivory lace runner.There was bronze under plates and ivory serviettes and the centerpiece was a vintage pearl stand with 3 shades of ivory, light brown and soft peach roses with a bird cage with some greens and white flowers.we had a variety of glass vases with flowers in. 

The second table was a traditional vintage table ( something from the past of high quality, especially something representing the best of its kind)  with a ivory taffeta table cloth with a straightened ivory lace runner and a dusty pink runner scrunched in the middle of the table we had bronze under plates on the table and ivory taffeta serviettes .

The centerpiece was a rust vase with assorted flowers in with pearls and a heart draped over the vase 

        

The third table was a country earth theme with warm colours we had an ivory table cloth with a Kelly green runner and on top off the Kelly green there was a chocolate brown runner to bind the colours.There was bronze under plates and small  vases covered with hessian fabric with sunflowers in

The centrepiece was a tree with bright sunflowers.

The fourth table was a carnival theme with fun colours 

there was a lilac taffeta table cloth with  turquoise, dark purple and cerise pink runners. And turquoise serviettes. We had goblet vases with spider stem and Monte aster flowers decorative sticks with Glass rounds hanging on the sticks

The fifth table was the Gatsby table with a black taffeta table cloth and a red paisley runner and a scrunched Deep reed runner  and folded red crinkle serviettes in between the big and small plate.

The centerpiece was a high martini vase with assorted red,black and white flowers and feathers,crystals hanging out of the centrepiece and laying on the table

Table number six was the Classic crystal table with a white taffeta table cloth and a white lace runner.

On the table was our Signature mosaic under plates and white taffeta serviettes in the Champagne glasses .

The centerpiece was a square mirror that reflects the square vases with the white flowers on it with decorative sticks. The table number is decorated with crystals 

Table seven was a retro vintage table ,retro vintage refers to style, and design which is outdated. Generally to be considered retro, something must be between 20 and 25 years old. The actual item does not necessarily need to be old, but can be a new item that references styles of the past.

The tablecloth was black taffeta with a ivory vintage/ retro runner accompanied by a scrunched burgundy organza with  ivory serviettes and silver under plates. The centerpiece was a goblet vases with a variety of burgundy flowers 

Table eight was the elegant pastel with a gun metal silver taffeta table cloth with  lilac, dusty pink and dark purple  taffeta runners .The centrepiece was cylinder vases with dusty pink roses ,fresh lavender and decorative branches.Silver under plates and white candles on our glass candle holders 

The chapel

We decorated the chapel with our white seat covers and made bows with all the different colour overlays and the red carpet we include in the packages 

Here is some of the couples who visited De Haven Oost

On arrival the couples received a glass of champagne and a tour of the wedding venue and chapel

The DJ, cake artist, florist ,coordinators , photographers ,staff ,family and friends were all there to assist the couples 

Our gardens is designed for many photo opportunities. 

There was a cake tasting for all the guests, the cupcakes was made by our in house cake artist.

The flavours was red velvet sponge with cream cheese  ,Chocolate sponge with chocolate mousse and vanilla sponge with milky bar mousse
